I personally believe your priorities should be 1. Frame 2. Wheels 3. Components
Besides...i see Tiagra groups going for the same as 105 and ultegra groups on ebay! Wait for a wicked deal on an Ultegra or 105 group (preferably 5700/6700) and sell the tiagra.
I've seen Ultegra 6600 groups going for 550$ brand new! I'm personally looking forward to the new 105.
+1
Frame first, gruppo second. Besides, bike makers always do the funkiest things with their component selections. Makes it too complicated to even tell which one has better components half the time!
I'm gonna assume that the '09 is 9 speed and the '10 is 10 speed from your description. That just makes the decision awful. Buy the one you that you like the feel of the ride the most... If you can't tell, I don't know, buy the one with better components.
