Ever watch a junior try to spin their tiny gears when the speed ramps up into the mid 30s in a p123 crit?
I was one of those Juniors. Raced with the 1,2's in training races. They started the gear restriction my second year as a Junior. Glad they did too. Its kept me spinning all these years.
