Ok so I cheated and did'nt post last week. Last weekend was 3 days of New Orleans Mardi Gras and Super bowl parties with CRAZY night on Bourbon St after the Saints won. I put on 2lbs that weekend so I was back to 264. Today i'm 259lbs I have to look at old posts to see where that puts me for a total. Should be around 6-8lbs in 3 weeks. This week alone was 5lbs. I really cut back on carbs this week and i'm now doing a carb cycling routine with a personal trainer which has helped me get my Macros in line. Keep eating clean and back on the bike when the weather breaks above the 50s. Which I hope is by Thursday! Just trying to keep my average of 2lbs a week!
