Raise your bars a bit, tilt your saddle a degree or two, watch how tightly you grip the bar, and do a LOT of situps to build core strength so your torso offers more support and your arms can work less...
i hadn't thought about the frame geometry thing, but i noticed yesterday that yeah, the frame is WICKED tiny. the seat tube is a good height, but the top tube is pretty short. T_I_P probably doesn't have enough room to stretch out on it...longer stem, moving the seat back a bit...also the seat tube angle is super steep, which would push you forward a bit, putting more pressure on your hands.

get a longer stem, move the seat back 2-3mm, and put some bartape or something on the bars.
