Thanks for the concern--I have a Cateye headlight and standard reflectors, a Vistalite LED blinkie, panniers with reflective strips on the back, reflective stickers on my rear bumper, and I wear a day-glo blaze-orange vest with some reflective stickers stuck on the back. Haven't been killed yet.
