Bikes: Kona Dawg, Surly 1x1, Karate Monkey, Rockhopper, Crosscheck , Burley Runabout,

I may try something in the water bottle. As to a sprint training aid, its at the end of a 17 mile ride and this dog is fast, for like 100 yards.
