Firstly, the bike has to be comfy and fit.
All that aside, those CL prices seem a little high. I love a good "used" bargain. Those are not.
Performance has a Team Fuji that is occasionally on sale for about that same price. (after their advertised discounts plus get a membership which gives you another 10%). Not certain if its the exact model but I recall it had good components (105/Ultegra mix) and an all carbon frame.
"MY" opinion of a good deal for those bikes would be 900 to 1000 max (at least in my market which I think of as pricey but lots of people upgrading around here) OF course if the seller wants to piece-meal the sale and part-it-out, he could get his asking price.
