Went on my recovery ride yesterday, was going to fast going under a bridge when the change of direction flatted my front tire. Rode it home 9 miles. Going to the Doc's today to check out my hip from Mondays crash. Rode the Rio Hondo/Los Angeles riverbed, about 80 degrees and sunny.
