If you're running a 11-32t in back, I'd go for at least a medium cage RD, especially with a 16-18t jump up front on top of that. Most derailleur specs should show the max chain wrap that it is capable of handling. You'll need one with a value of around 40, which now that I look at it, probably puts you squarely into "long cage" territory.
