Terror, let me know if you go to a specialist, I have the same exact problem. I work as a motorcycle mechanic and I can't even wrench on screws with a screwdriver right now. I have stopped skidding and am relying on skipping alone, but I can't help to tighten up my grip on my right hand while doing it because of my high gear ratio and it hurts.
