Cool tech, but... doesn't that run into legal issues with the weight? If pros already have to weigh down their bikes to make them UCI legal for racing, I don't really see the benefit of shooting for lighter and lighter these days. Anyone care to explain the purpose.

And I'll try to beat the rest of BF to it. Yes its crazy expensive, but its also handmade by highly skilled pros, which is why its crazy expensive.
