I've just been dealing with this for the past few weeks with my bike. Tried a whole lot of solutions to no good effect, including the Velo Orange pads. Man it made a racket! The thing that finally shut them up was to toe IN one side, and toe OUT the other. No reason this ought to work, but it sure did. I got the idea from here, though I don't recall who posted it.
