Today was my 2nd day of using the Aeropress. I 3 scoops (down from 4 yesterday) and then topped off with water and a splash of milk for my 16oz thermos. No sediment at the bottom is nice and its easier to clean, more consistent flavor? I need new beans, not a big fan of what I have. It takes more effort to press than I expected, I'm not sure if its because I've only done a 4-scoop and 3-scoop press but I'll play with the grind. I may try a head-to-head comparison with the french press this weekend.
