The old phart here took his granddaughter and her friend to the bike shop to look at bikes and decide what type they liked. Ended up my granddaughter bought a nice GT hybrid, and her friend got a road bike. Brought them to my garage and installed cyclocomputers and lights on both, and a rack on the hybrid. Two happy little 22 year old kids! One happy old gramps with a couple of new riding buddies! Too bad it was cold, windy, and snowy, so they didn't get in much riding.
