I ended up having trouble getting my rear der. to work w/ it as well. I adjusted it enough so I can hit the big cog if i'm on the lower cog up front, but it won't make the jump on the bigger chainrings. not a big deal really, i normally wouldn't be using w/ that gear combination anyways..
