as long as your headset/hubs/bb uses sealed bearings a good general rinsing with low pressure water and a pass-over with a soft car brush to remove stubborn bits is good enough.

all good cables are stainless steel and the better greases should be water resistant, so thats not really a concern.

the biggest areas i look at are the wheel braking surfaces and the pads themselves to remove excess grit and the drivetrain, keep that debris free and lubes and you're golden.
