Yuba lists one for sale for the Mundo3 that I have been considering getting. It appears that I will need to come up with my own downtube mount as the Yuba version is specifically designed to fit a boss included on the Mundo3 frame downtube so far as I can tell.
The Mundo V3 has a braze-on hole on the downtube. The Deflopilator is just a spring (much like in nwmtnbkr's picture) with a plastic cover, a screw with a hole the spring hooks onto, and a bracket that goes on the fender mount on the fork. The screw threads into the braze-on hole on the downtube.
