This article reminds me of a Simpsons episode when the judge asks the lawyer if he has anything of substance to add as evidence, and the lawyer says something like "well, I have plenty of speculation and conjecture".

It's an article that doesn't really give us anything, just adds to the usual mix of "did he or didn't he". What's the point?
