Just a note, I've had the best experiences buying from sellers from the UK and Belgium, with France, Australia and the Netherlands just a liitle behind the two in terms of delivery times.
Sometimes I get a package in from an order from Belgium faster than US sellers can send their packages to me! I think it really helps when you also only sbuy from sellers with perfect or very close to perfect records at Ebay. I usually don't bother with stuff rom sellers with less than 99% ratings. So far I haven't had any problems at all and the ones that did have issues with things coming in incomplete or damaged are fast to respond to fix the situation and never at my cost.
