Lance has been tested over and over ad nasuem and NOTHING has ever been found other then a trace amount of cortisone, used to help sooth saddle sores as a topical cream. Steroids won't help any cyclists to the degree that Lance and others climb with sucess. You DON'T want to be bulky, it hurts you when climbing. Lance was a horrible climber before his cancer, but his time in treatment and revcovery he lost much of his upper body muscle, then only rebuilt his lower body strength. (You could say the cancer did help him, just not a method anyone would want to go through)
"What do the French want to acheive with storing Lance Armstrong's urine? Do they think it is wine and will get better as it ages?" -Robin Williams
