I was assigned a new roller workout today and crashed three times. I was successful doing the WU for 20 minutes @ 120 rpm and the isolated leg drills in the little ring but the 250-500 out of the saddle pedal rotations between the 4 ILD sets were killers (almost literally). I couldn't do the 250 rotations before I would begin to loose it, eventually making a mistake. I broke down the 250 count (minimum) into three sections of 100, 100 and 50 rotations.
I have to do the workout again on Friday and I hope it goes better and I'll fix the scratches in laminate flooring before my wife sees them.
