good rule of thumb, grease/lube any metal on metal contact that you will not likely adjust much once it is dialed in. Im sure there are exceptions to this rule, but I don't know of any that will be hurt by lubricant being put on.

Don't forget the obvious grease/lube points like bearings and moving parts.
