Seems like a message, although with variations, is simple: cut back/eliminate processed food/sugar, eat more whole foods, watch the portions, a lot of vegies/fruits, easy on the meats.
Anyway I have two pounds worth of a grass fed lamb leg defrosting in the fridge. Going to roast the shiznit out of it tonight. Should last me for the rest of the week with some stir fried veggies.
