Yeah, looks like C-Record equipped - at least the the crankset and seatpost. Delta or Croce d' Aune brakes. Go look up completed auctions on ebay. You have, indeed, inherited a small goldmine (in the vintage lightweight bicycle universe at least).

Given the components, it's probably late to early 90's. The frame was built by Ciocc, obviously, but someone else will have to tell you more about it, or you can research Ciocc for yourself. Lots of info out there.
