Honestly, I swear this really happened. This gal gal almost killed us all by farding.

I was out for a ride on a country road with no shoulder, and as I was approaching a blind curve that goes to the right and over a small rolling hill (little hump in the road), the gal in her Buick comes up behind me, and she was very curteous about moving over and giving me room. But, she didn't seem to be thinking very much, because she was crossing over a double yellow as we entered this curve.
Lo and behold, an F-350 dually comes 'round the bend, and literally ended up halfway in the ditch to prevent a head-on collision with her, while slamming on the horn.

The gal driving acted almost oblivious to what was going on. I of course, didn't want to get killed in the middle of this head-on collision, so I slammed the brakes to let her by quicker, and put myself in the ditch, luckily not crashing.

As she went past me, I gave a quick glance to see what the heck she was doing. Sure enough she had her sun visor down, and was farding while driving. She wasn't even paying attention to me or the truck. Holy COW!! That is complete insanity. She couldv'e killed us all. I guess the Vonage commercial is true. People really do some stupid things.

How many of you Gals actually do this while driving? And I thought using a cell phone was unsafe.
