That's great news.

My wife rides with me quite often.

Rides with her are very different to my solo leisure rides which themselves are very different from my training rides. Each has a place and I try to keep them all separate.

She likes to ride no more than 2 hours at 15-20mph, which works out as a great recovery ride for me the day after a hammer fest. Alternatively I go out early and kill myself and then meet up with her for a spin.

Do find time to ride by yourself until your husband is as addicted as you are.
