Interesting how they were able to arrest the kid just on word of the cyclist. I guess the badge means that that particular cyclist's testimony is more reliable than the average citizen. Normally the cops would just say, "we can't do anything since we didn't witness the incident". I would have loved to have seen the look on his face if the cop walked into the nearest station and he got the type of treatment the rest of us get.
