I broke a couple of those too before I bought a Catlike, which has been pretty solid. I think it has to do with the shape of the Sweep- all those skinny spiky things in the back catch on things and break off when they're tapped. Just buy a high-end helmet that doesn't have so many weak pointy things sticking out of it, haha.
i tried a catlike on a while ago and they seem to run a bit small for my melon (plus they're prohibitively expensive). i ended up replacing it with a Bern Brentwood, a bit more casual-friendly even if it makes me look like a storm trooper...
