I didn't realize Wisconsin was a warmer climate Its all about the combination of clothes and ziplock baggies. My skin doesn't actually get wet except for my face. Water resistant stuff works fine for me though since I've only got a short commute.

The melt thing for me came from the wizard of oz witch melting from a bucket of water.
