I installed a pair of these on a customers bike two weeks ago. They're pretty light compared to the Eastons he was riding. The wheels were fairly true but the hubs seemed a little on the cheap side. I believe the hubs were some generic sealed bearing hub these companies use to build up their wheels. They also came with a set of brake pad holders that you have to use which are cool because they're machined but are extremely blocky. They are required because the brake track is about 10 mm lower than that of a conventional rim. Also, since the rim is wider and the brake track is lower the brake has to be adjusted wider and the pads don't hit the rim squarely. I don't have much experience with carbon pads but the ones supplied wore down pretty quick. A couple of laps around the block wore the pads out a bit to the point that they started to "flatten" and take the shape of the rim. I don't think you can beat them for the money but it wouldn't be my thing. I'd rather get some conventional hubs and rims at this price point.
