I do have that attachment, but I don't know if it would work with your bike. If you can post a picture of your bike I should be able to tell you.
Here's a couple of pictures, but they don't show the rear triangle/dropout area that well. I attached a picture of Raleigh drop out from SHeldon Brown's site.
I'll try to find some others, or go take some better pictures.
