Get a good floor pump. I've used my Specialized pump up to 140 psi and don't get any leakage at the head. With the right technique for removing the head from the valve, you can get away with losing very little air. I can't really describe how I do it but I kinda hold the rim while popping the head off with my thumb. A straight pull will cause lots of leakage if you don't quite pull straight enough.
