Yeah, that sounds about right. I'm basing this on what I saw Inga Thompson and Rebecca Twigg <pant> do in the Iron Horse Classic when they started behind the 3s.
Take Kristin Armstrong to a state-level P12 or P123 circuit, and she'd be in the running. Certainly a wheel you'd want to respect.
I race every so often with Jen McRae in P123 races, and I follow her around a lot because she's steady, smart, and never gets dropped. I've seen her get top 5 before. She's a decent domestic pro (wins a couple/year).
