Stealth camping in Eastern Oregon is another name for " sleeping with the cows". I've heard on Crazy Guy that Baker City is pretty nice so figure I'd make a stop there and yes, I usually avoid RV parks although in E. Oregon the most I've ever had to spring for has been 10 bucks. I will check on their rates first though!
