Bikes: the ever shifting stable loaded with comfortable road bikes and city and winter bikes

just like zero-g's or old brakes the bontrager speed limits will move off center rather quickly.

on a steel bike you can clamp the bejeezus out of them to stay centered a little longer, but on carbon forks cannot.

how light do brakes need to be for you? those are trying to be a total weight weenie product at the expense of functionality.

just go with the 'new old' standard - dual pivot sidepull brakes from any of the reliable makers.

'the price was great' often means a 'great deal that really isn't'
