Ouch, I don't blame mom. Glad your grand daughter made only needing a few stitches and not anything worse.
That is pretty much what happened to my coworker. He had bought it for his 2 year old, but wanted to test ride it outside himself. Needless to say, he ended up taking it back to the store.
