You're mixing concepts here. We're not talking liability insurance. Admittedly this converastaion is complicated by the fact you don't appear to be in the U.S. However, in the U.S., you're alreay covered by either your homeowners or your aout policy for that liability without buying an endorsement on your Homeowners to cover the bicycle.
