No food before I leave, just a glass of water. I get up at 6:00 am and out the door at 6:20 am and I'm just not going to get up earlier. At work I then fix some miso soup with either tofu or an egg and a banana. In the summer I sometimes switch to super wheat bread & peanut butter and a banana. Or sometimes steel cut oats for a change (and of course...a banana).
