A woman driving her grandma passed me today and signaled to make a right turn into a shopping center. I was watching carefully (after reading all these car vs. bike threads) and moderating the speed.
She actually stopped on the road and let me pass her before turning into the parking lot. Granted, the road was empty but it was still a good feeling.
