It'd be interesting to hear some of those stories from that tall guy. I was going to say "big" but felt it could be taken the wrong way. He was literally 50% bigger than everyone else, but proportionate, so you didn't notice. My friend is 6'3" or so, tall at any rate, and I pointed the guy out like "look at that tall guy". Rich glanced, "He's not that tall. Bike's about my size." (Rich rides a 63-64 cm frame). Then the guy rode literally right by us on the sidewalk. Rich looked at me. "Okay, that guy is huge!"

I forgot about the paper until I started working on the clip. I wonder if the guy was hoping for a free lap. Heh. I only thought of that now. But I could only think about Thomas Wegmuller, and the paper was starting to wrap around his pulleys. I think when I tugged it free it pretty much all came out.
