I always eat breakfast, but it's after my ride. I don't like riding with a full stomach. This morning, I had a banana, a small tangerine, and a nature valley granola bar pack (2 in the pack). That's been pretty common for this past month or so. I used to just eat a muffin, but sometimes I get a full on breakfast sandwich. (egg/cheese croissant), or breakfast burrito. I also have a box of oatmeal in my desk drawer, but I got tired of it after a couple days.
