DO not Try this

HI,
many years ago I used to really enjoy a good jog every day, Sooooo i was feeling a little foolish and
said hey a little cross training couldn't hurt.
So I took it easy and only Jogged a couple nice and slow miles, I felt like I was going to stumble ,
at first like my legs were to loose for that kind of actvity after about 1 mile I started to feel ok ,noticed
a little dribble of sweat was already forming on my brow....
I made it home and sat down big mistake, my legs had some of that lactic acid in the quads and they felt
a bit tight.
I had trouble walking the first few hours, and now when I stand its stil alittle sore.
SO I guess maybe I need to jog once or twice a week to balance out my legs from hammering those
bike pedals each day.
Jeeze I will not try swimming... I used to be pretty good 40 some years ago.......
Don't think your doing great when you can cruise at 20 MPH that Jogging is a completly different
animal....
