Raided the parts stash of one of the other riders in town. The guy is nuts - has 5 MTB, 2 TT bikes, and 2 road bikes in his apartment - and boxes of random bits (anyone need a DA 7900 front and rear derailleur? Just laying in a shoebox...). He used to run a hedge fund.

Picked up a bunch of used parts for my back up bike build: FSA K-force crank (used, needs new bolt on left arm), bottom bracket, DA 7800 11-23 cassette (used but plenty of life left), Deda Newton Shallow handlebars (new take off), and a couple of tires (used, but OK) and a pair of new Vittoria tubes (valves too short for his aero rims). Total HK$1000 (about US$130).
