I was puzzled by this, too. The Honda forums seem to be divided on it - but it's weighted more towards "Are interference."

I've always been real careful putting the engines together just because it's a lot of work to fix if the timing's way off. I always changed my belts at 120,000 because I didn't like the "surprise" of having to switch the belt hanging over me. I did help one of those guys replace his belt once he towed the car home, and it fired right up once we got the new belt on.

So - I think the answer is "you might get lucky, but it could hammer your valves."

I thought putting Bentley right next to Acura and Lexus was pretty funny, too.
