Nah - King, Dura-Ace/600, or Campy Record. Cane Creek *might* still make one, too. King for bling, though.

Actually, if he's going to re-vamp anything on that bike, I'd start with the stem. Either go threadless with an EC90 or Alpha-Q or get a quality stem, like the Nitto Dynamic.
