Short of fasting and only eating when I'm going to be on the bike, I'm at a loss. Guess I'll just ride my bike and let the weight do what its going to do. Its driving me nuts.
Just out of curiosity have you checked your body fat percentage? It's possible that even though your weight isn't going down your body fat is. Just a thought.
