I subscribe to Bicycling. Not sure about this year, but in the past it's been fun.
Bicycle Quarterly is a print version of a blog. One voice, there are some other minot contributors, but there is a very common world view. You could read the Rivendell Reader and spent your time just as well and not be lusting after now long gone brands.
Buycycling, has left its old view long ago.
