No moving parts on a rigid fork.

Steel fork, will be about the same.

Aluminum will be a tad lighter.

A carbon fiber fork, will be way lighter.

Carbon fiber forks: Ritchey, White Brothers, Niner, winwood, bontrager.

It's entirely possible to shed ~4.5#(give or take a pound and a few ounces.) by going to a rigid if it's carbon fiber.
