The first bike that I got was a Roubaix Pro that my LBS had built out with Ultegra and Shimano 540 wheels. It is as plush a ride as you can get. The only problem that I have with it is that there is no way to get out of the wind. You just sit so upright, even in the drops. The more that I rode it, the more I realized that fact. I ended up going back to a traditional frame and riding position and hardly ever even ride the Roubaix anymore. Where I live, there is always at least a 15 mile per hour wind going, and usually on the high side of that.

My advice would be to consider what you are looking for out of the Pilot and make sure that you know what you are getting into with the relaxed geometry.

Don't get me wrong, the plush ride has it's advantages but there definitely can be some real tradeoffs over time.

Hope this helps.
