This is late 80s non-group Shimano. The brakeset is top notch. Equal to 105 at the time (which was the best caliper brake of the time). Often found in Dura Ace-equipt bikes. The derailleurs are about light action/Exage Motion level as far as quality goes, but they index better than any Suntour or Campy product of the late 80s.
Thanks. I have the Light Action stuff on my Tivoli and it seems to work just fine. The rear shifting is actually pretty snappy. Clicks right in.

Plan it to lighten it up some with white saddle, tape, cable housings, and a white powder coated stem. The other color variant, a blue one, had a black saddle, white tape, white stem, and white brake levers. This variant had white bar tape but that all that shows in the catalog page at classicfuji.com:
